Erica Hand holds a bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, and exercise science as well as a bachelor’s  and master’s degree in nursing. She is a dual certified family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. She uses a holistic treatment approach and works with her clients to achieve overall wellness.
